Great

Karen did an excellent market evaluation of the property that helped get what I thought was a very good price.

Karen is very organized professional who keeps you informed of all that is happening. She is very personable and strives to make each transaction very smooth with limited stress. I would recommend her to anyone I know.

We are Home Owners for 20 years as Dutch Citizens. Karen De Stefano is also living at Clubside and she knows the Value of our Property. All the Extra's at our Resort - Diners - Shows etc. always many festivities are organised also different sports activities. Karen is friendly - direct - knows all people needed like mr Sam Saad III Attorney and mrs Olga Vindell for FIRPTA. No long stories and good explanation. With best and kind regards, Wilma and Tjaco Biesheuvel - The Netherlands (Amsterdam).
