I have worked with Karen for 20 years + as a home inspector. She takes great care and pride in protecting her clients with their purchases. Often Realtors are more interested in closing the deal under any circumstance. Karen is not one of those Realtors. Karen's first goal is to obtain accurate information and inspection reports with the intent of finding any and all issues with a property. It is better to find the conditions associated with a residence and get them corrected versus closing the deal no matter what.
