She is on the pulse of the market, gave us great advice and kept us informed about interested buyers every step of the way, not to mention that she is hilarious, and kept us laughing throughout the process. She made our move as stress-free as any move could be. She was especially helpful in assessing what we needed to do to get 28 years of stuff packed up and out of the house. She personally assisted us herself, asked us what we needed, wanted and got it for us, and did it with us. One of the most important things she did was keep us sane working with the buyer’s realtor who was pushy and demanding and seemed to personally want to make things difficult for us, certainly not what you expect from a professional in this business, and in this town and how long it has been our home.
