We used Karen 3 years ago to purchase some investment property. Having had such a great experience with her, we just used her again to purchase another investment property. I just can't say enough good about Karen and I would use her again and again if I had the opportunity. She is a kind & caring person who works very hard for her clients. She puts forth a great deal of effort to ensure that her clients are happy with their purchase, and she helps tremendously along the way. I highly recommend Karen if you are looking for that kind of agent!
Being new to North Carolina and in search of a real estate agent to help us find an investment property, we came upon Karen. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone who is looking to purchase or invest in real estate. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and worked steadfastly to get us to the settlement table. We are extremely thankful to her for all her efforts. She is the best!
My partner and I have just closed on our first investment property and Karen Boney played the key role of duel agent on the deal. Karen was hard working and on task through the entire process. This was not an easy deal, the property had a few issues and we had a rough time with financing. Karen stayed with the process and made this deal happen! We are very grateful for her steadfast efforts and for helping us clear the tough hurdles that got this deal done. We will be working with her again!
