She reminded us to keep on point with inspections, etc. She always answered questions in a timely manner. If she did not know an answer she would find out and follow through.. She made constructive suggestions in a kind and caring manner. She was consistently on time for meetings and was understanding of scheduling challenges. She conveyed caring professionalism consistently. While we recognize this is her job, we truly feel that she goes above and beyond and are convinced that she wants us to make the best decisions for us. I appreciated her transparency and explanations of costs. She listened to our location needs and budget.
We met Karen during an open house. We had been speaking with realtors during open houses for several days. I was already tired of the aggressive sales style of many realtors..
