I contacted Kacey because she has been a friend since college. The buying process went as smoothly as it would for me. I let her know which areas I was looking in and while I attempted to look at several properties to make it worth her time to drive up there, she was also willing to drive approximately 30 miles from where she lives either the same day or the next day to look at any, and all, properties in the target price range. I don't really go around recommending real estate agencies, but I would mention the agency if someone asks.
