Juvetta listened to what I wanted in a house, and her suggestions for houses that I should look at reflected that. She was knowledgeable and attentive to issues that a house might have (such as a sidewalk that had settled) and would point these out to me during a showing. She was also patient with my questions. Finally, she could tell by my reactions when I found "my house" and nudged me to make an offer on the house that day, lest I miss my chance to purchase the house.

Juvetta was amazing to work with. She really worked to help bring it together for a successful closing. I have purchased 2 houses through her and sold 1 house. I highly recommend her!
