Jutta is the most professional, courteous and generous person we ave had the pleasure of working with We have a multiple realtor experiences with higher end properties and Jutta is the most professional and dedicated realtor one could ever hope work with. Jutta demonstrates a keen sense of market value, customer interests and preferences and a devotion to her clients and their needs She is most generous with her time and overseeing every aspect of the sale e from inspections, buyer vendors etc. Jutta is a pleasure to work with and has an impeccable reputation in the community.

Jutta was professional, businesslike and very personable. We had our first and final bid three hours after the first broker's openhouse! Can't do much better than that.

I engaged Jutta to help me sell my parents home in Naples, FL. Unfortunately, there were a lot of repairs that were needed, and I am not a Naples resident. Jutta managed the entire process from working with contractors, removing old furniture, staging the home, and preparing everything for listing while also providing me with daily updates. We ended up selling the home quickly, efficiently, and at a great price. Without Jutta, this sale would have never happened. She is a rockstar!!

Jutta Lopez was a pleasure to work with in identifying the perfect second home for our family. She listens--I mean REALLY listens to what the customer's likes and dislikes are and she guides you through what can be an overwhelming amount of properties to see. She was honest with us and offered her own knowledge of the community of what works and what doesn't--especially from a resale value point of view. When we landed on the house that was a good fit, she navigated between the seller and us and was so thorough with attending inspections and getting the sellers to complete their part to ready the home for us, the new owners. Jutta connected us with great, competent and dependable resources every step of the way. If we ever sell or buy again in the Naples area, she will be our very first call. She is a highly responsive and well skilled real estate executive. Thank you for Listening!

It was a pleasure working with you!! In the light of the our recent sale of our penthouse condominium in Grey Oaks Country Club as well as a purchase of a new property also within Grey Oaks, we would like to thank you for all your superior professional work. It was a true pleasure working with you all along. The sale of our old home as well as the purchase of our new house went so smoothly, dynamically and efficiently from the very start all the way to the successful closing. We are very grateful. We not only hold extremely high regards for you on a professional level, but also on the human level. You have such a natural psychological talent of understanding and reading people which resulted, in our case, in a very prompt real estate action from your part in terms of finding the right match of all parties involved, bringing them together with a subsequent closing. No pushy approach to get people somewhere, but a very pleasant calm, yet efficient and hardworking approach. We appreciate the time spend beforehand listening to our needs and understanding the nature of our needs and how we operate. Your engaging style and creative interactive approach made the whole selling as well as buying process unbelievably effective and pleasant. You made us feel so comfortable all along. We also would like to thank your husband Al who was very helpful as well; during the final phase he was of a great assistance to us with technical and logistical issues. We wish you continued success in your work. Thank you. Mark & Jitka

“Amazing -Helpful-Always there for you-The Best Realtor” We are so pleased with the wonderful experience with Jutta Lopez from Premier Sotheby She sold our condo at The Brittany in a short period of time and also helped us purchase a lovely condo in Monaco Beach Club We can shout her praise

I would like to share with you our recent experience in selling our home at 2614 Bulrush Lane. After having our home up for sale two previous occasions- one for six months and a second for twelve months- we tried a third time the highly recommended Jutta Lopez. The difference was amazing. It was obvious that the first two merely wanted the listing hoping that someone else would sell the home. Jutta was a dynamo from the start. She engaged a home stager who got rid of all the clutter and drastically changed things that enabled her photographer to photograph each room in the best light. The house sold in a matter of a couple of months during which time Jutta was constant contact with us. She spent more time with us in one week than the others spent the whole time of our contract. We hardly got to know the other realtors whereas we became friends with Jutta and her most capable and helpful husband, Albert Lopez. What a team! We are happy to recommend them to everyone.
