We were introduced to Jung by another BH associate in our hometown in New York. We spoke on the phone and Jung started listening to our wants, wishes, and needs. She set up the portal (an invaluable tool!) and our search began. On our first visit, Jung had set up a full day for us, but it was more than just home visits... it was coffee and donuts, tours of different towns, loads of helpful hints, lunch, discussing family interests, etc... and the beginning of a lasting friendship! After a couple of trips house hunting, Jung helped us find the right house, in a nice neighborhood, and worked with us to purchase it for a good price. We appreciate her patience while working with us remotely, as we were still in NY during most of the process. She answered every email, text, phone call- and kept us informed every step of the way! She is genuinely a fun person to be around! She made overwhelming things much easier to handle. Never once did we feel that she was treating this like a business transaction, we were a priority to her, and we are filled with gratitude that she took an interest in our family and meeting our needs.
