June has been the most knowledable realtor I have ever worked with. She kept my spirits up when my home offers kept falling through. SHe went the extra mile to make sure I had people to make my home shine for potential buyers. June was always availbe for any questions or concerns I had and kept me informed at all time, home sold in 30 days and I was soooooooooo happy! As far as I'm concerned June Lemmings is the ONLY realtor anyone in the Northern area should use, Loved her!!!! Sheila AMbrosio

June is above and beyond typical, average, or lax. I wasn't sure until she introduced me to her team. It takes a lady like June to do all of that. My sale came about from a not so good place, as often Real Estate does, but June stuck in there and saw us all the way through. For that I am so appreciative of SEARS Real Estate. To June and Laurie, thank you ladies. The best for all of you and yours. Rob Clough
