Julie Rice stayed with me the entire process of selling my home and the purchase of my new one, I asked hundreds of questions and she went above and beyond to help answer them all even when it looked like the house would never sell, She stayed on top of things from the beginning until the end, I could not thank her enough.

Julie was awesome from start to finish of our home purchase in Spring Hill, Florida. She went way above and beyond to help us. Truly awesome agent!! Bill and Alice Carter
