We just bought a vacation home in CDA with the help of Julie Paterson. She was very informative about the area we were looking at and she was very patient, kind, knowledgable and very professional. She made the whole process very easy for us.

I have been looking at properties in Coeur D Alene for quite some time. I finally reached out to Julie Paterson and she found me my ideal property on the water with substantial savings. I totally recommend you contact Julie, she is very knowledgeable and gets positive results.

Julie has been our realtor twice. She helped sell our house 3 years ago and this time helped us buy a house. In both instances she was attentive, accessible, and sensitive to our wishes. She did an excellent job for us. We highly recommend her.

You were always there for me in explaining where I was in the process. You helped with the selection of upgrades and being there to do the home walk-through when I was not able to attend. You picked up my house keys and helped in the operation of controls and setup of the home. Thank you for being such an excellent agent.

Our first contact with Julie was approximately 4-1/2 yrs ago after my husband and I made a decision to move to Northern Idaho. My husband began to search online looking for homes that would attract our attention. After finding a home we were interested in he reached out to the realtor, which was our first introduction with Julie. Julie continued to communicate with us making recommendations of homes she felt we may be interested in, emailing back and forth, eventually talking on the phone for further information. We eventually made a few trips to Coeur d'alene & Hayden, Idaho where we were shown homes that had attracted us. Ultimately Julie helped us find a beautiful piece of property, and introduced us to a builder assisting us to find a plan. Since we lived in a state other than Idaho, Julie helped us with the communication of building our home traveling to visit and follow up from time to time. Through the assistance of Julie we signed the needed paper work, she also sent pictures of the house in stages, and much more. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor who is more knowledagable, listens to the clients desires and helped make certain the land we purchased, has a beautiful home that we were dreaming of. We are also pleased to now call her our friend and grateful for all she has done and continues to do. We recommend her to anyone seeking help for a new place to live. Thank you Julie for being a wonderful realtor.

Julie was wonderful! She sent us listings for more than a year before we were ready to purchase a home. She always had time for us. She worked with my extended family in Idaho to complete the purchase. Julie was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the purchase, efficient and kind. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a terrific agent. Carol Callan

Our experience from start to finish with Julie Paterson was FIVE STARS! I appreciated Julie's professional style, calm demeanor, professionalism and attention to detail. Every detail was executed to perfection. Julie responded quickly to texts and emails and was completely on top of the process from start to finish. We could not be any more happy to have had the opportunity to work with Julie!

Julie was very patient with me. Listened to what I wanted. Helped with all of the documents. It was not easy working with a client 3000 miles away. Julie was instrumental on giving options for financing, home; inspection and other services. She is following up on after sale issues and keeping me updated on various things. Has offered to help me learn my way around this beautiful city
