We thoroughly enjoyed working with Julie in our search for a new home. She met with us initially to determine what we were looking for and explore our wants and needs. Julie provided us with several different options and price ranges for us to consider. She arranged dates and times to meet us for home tours of selections we wanted to see in person. We were quickly able to narrow down our choice and Julie handled all the negotiations and paperwork flawlessly. The entire process from deciding we were in the market for a new home, through searching possibilities, making a decision on a home, proffering an offer, negotiating with sellers, closing the sale and finally starting to move took us less than two months.
