The home needed repairs before listing and Julie knew excellent people; painter, electrician, plumber etc. The combination of their work brought the home up to tip top shape.
We worked very well together while determining price, etc. Julie always listened to all my concerns and addressed each one accordingly. When the first offer fell through, we kept calm and got back to business. Soon thereafter the second offer was a charm. Over all, I was very pleased with the price at which the home sold for along with the total turnaround time of only 6 weeks!
