Julie helped me buy my home and move in in less than three weeks! As an airline pilot, finding a home near the airport in a safe community was my top priority, and she understood exactly what I was looking for. Her knowledge of the area and the home-buying process is exceptional, and she took the time to listen to my needs with incredible patience. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, connected me with a great mortgage lender, and made things happen every step of the way. Julie was always easy to reach, courteous, professional, and truly went above and beyond. She and her team are absolutely incredible. I truly believe I not only found an outstanding realtor but also a new friend here in Kentucky. I highly recommend Julie to anyone looking to buy a home! ❤️

Julie went above and beyond for us. She was always there to answer questions and calmed us down when we were a little anxious. She was there for us every step of the way.

Julie was very knowledgeable and professional, listen to all my needs and wants and was there to help through the entire process

She is absolutely the best!

Julie was extremely supportive and knowledgeable throughout the home buying journey. She went above and beyond to ensure we not only got everything we wanted in the negotiation process, but that we also found a home we would love. We are not from this state, and Julie was a tremendous source of knowledge as we learned about common characteristics in Kentucky historic homes. We have already recommended her to our friends and family! Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Loved working with Julie with selling our home and buying another one.

Julie was awesome! She got us a great deal. The transaction was smooth. We got everything we wanted and more. She went above and beyond to make our homebuying experience amazing.

Julie Feagan is an exceptional real estate agent who guided us through a complex home-buying process with expertise and dedication. Our purchase was contingent on selling our previous home, which presented several unexpected challenges. Despite these obstacles, Julie navigated the buy side seamlessly, ensuring we stayed on track. Moving from out of state added another layer of difficulty, but Julie made the process incredibly manageable. Her willingness to accommodate us with virtual tours via FaceTime over several months was invaluable. She consistently went above and beyond—not only helping us but also providing guidance to our selling agent when unique issues arose. Her deep industry knowledge and problem-solving skills were a tremendous asset. If you're looking for a reliable, experienced agent who will truly advocate for you, Julie is the one to trust.

Julie was great in helping me find my next renovation! Thank you 😊
