Julie has been critical in our real estate journey. Her positive spirit and endless energy kept us on track and in the end, extremely happy with the property we purchased. We look forward to the opportunity to work with her in the future.

Loved working with Julie. We worked very well together and were able to communicate like old friends. She was our realtor under another broker/agency when we bought the house and now helped us to sell the house. You rock Julie!

Our sale went quickly and without any complications. Julie kept me well-informed during the whole process and explained all the details in a way I could understand.

Julie was an excellent agent for us. She went above what most do. That is why we used her again. She has handled two sales and two purchases for our family and if we were doing anything in the area we would use her again.

Julie Brown was wonderful to work with. She's honest, pleasant in all the business dealings and conversations, and quick to respond to requests and questions.

The agent was very professional and knowledgeable of the market in our area. Even through two contracts which did not pan out she remained upbeat and enthusiastic. All paper work was very well done and explained in a manner which was easily understood and she was available to us when needed. We were very happy with the experience of working with this agent and the job she did for us.

Julie was, without a doubt, the best realtor that we have ever seen! She knew the market in our target area and then used her considerable experience to provide us with sage advice every step of the way. She was so helpful in getting us organized and prepared to sell our home that we decided to use her to help in our search for a new home in a northern suburb, that might otherwise be out of her normal area. However, because she had previously lived in that area and with the tools available via B&W, she was the perfect choice in helping us find our new home. Her real value comes in the advice that she can provide a buyer and/or seller. She is very skilled helping you determining the value of homes relative to changing market conditions, and an invaluable counsellor when you are in the back-and-forth negotiation stage. Additionally, she helped all the way through the closings and our moving into our new home, even providing us with boxes and bins for the move. A new word beyond realtor needs to created for what Julie is to buyers and/or sellers. She is simply THE BEST!
