Julie assisted me in buying a home in Rivertown. She also assisted multiple family members in buying and selling homes in Mandarin. She is very knowledgeable, professional and will be patient along the way to find you your dream home. Highly recommend working with Julie as a Realtor. She is truly amazing.

We were looking to move from Virginia and Julie wholeheartedly listened to our needs and wishes. She found us the home we love! She really knows the market and has the expertise; and doesn’t pressure you, but works with your timeline. She explained and answered all questions. She took her time, was available when we needed her throughout the process, and ensured the transaction was smooth. It was the best house buying experience I have ever had, and we have sold 4 other houses before. I highly recommend Julie.

What an awesome agent! We so enjoy working with Julie. Very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely proficient. You can not go wrong with this agent.

We would give Julie our very highest recommendation. Over the past five years we have bought and sold a house with Julie. We have also recommended her to several friends who have been so happy with their experiences. Julie was professional, responsive, thorough, and caring. When we moved out of the area, she continued to help us through several hurdles and always maintained a positive outlook throughout it all. Additionally, during this time of COVID, she went above and beyond to ensure our family's health and safety. We are so happy that we found Julie and will continue to sing her praises to anyone in need to a realtor.

Dear Julie, I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude. I cannot thank you enough for your patience and support through this whole process....This journey has been incredible. It would have been difficult for anyone moving from Florida to Maryland, add in the fact that neither my mother nor I have experience buying or selling homes. On top of that, we are working with my mom’s health and memory issues. As if all that was not enough, we had to deal with COVID-19 and the constantly evolving situation... Throughout it all, you have been patient, kind, and calm. You have explained things multiple times. You calmly resolved small crises, like the cable TV equipment. You coordinated a myriad of services and repairs: the power washing, the pump repair, the home inspection, the carpet cleaning, the staging company, the roofer, etc. I am sure I am forgetting some. You were always cheerful and full of grace. Even when we threw my mother’s financial advisor and attorney in the mix! I trusted your calm voice and appreciated your exploring options and explaining processes to me. You were very careful to not make decisions for us or “tell us what to do”, but you thoroughly explained the options before us and possible outcomes for each option, so that we could make educated decisions....I would love to write a letter praising your knowledge, good guidance and patience. I am also happy to recommend you; you can use me as a referral anytime. Take care of your self and stay healthy! Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart! With Warm Regards,Lisa

Julie was professional and personable during all of our interactions. Her technical advice and careful guidance helped sell our home quickly for an excellent price. I have bought and sold more than 10 properties in various locations and Julie was easily my best experience with a real estate agent.

Julie is an amazing realtor who really knows her stuff. She is a true professional who comes across more like a trusted friend.

Julies services went over and above what she was required of her.
