From the moment we reached out to her, it was as if we were her only clients (even though that was far from the case, and she had several jobs she was juggling seemingly effortlessly). Not only is she smart, hard-working, professional, and experienced, but she also is a pleasure to be with, has your true best interests in mind, and is simply a kind soul! There were several hiccups and minor issues we had to deal with involving our purchase, and Julie took everything in stride and offered very sound advice. When one particular issue got a little sticky-tricky, she consulted her broker just to be on the safe side (her intuition was correct, though), showing she's not afraid to be humble and seek expertise to ensure your best outcome and secure your transaction as smoothly as possible. Her communication was superior! Both in reaching out to us about developments and in replying to our inquiries, be it text, phone, or email. At closing (and leading up to the big day), I felt that I truly had a selfless advocate at my side. She explained everything thoroughly and even took notes for me at the table so I could just focus on what I was signing. Due to her excellence, we now have chosen her to sell our home.
