Julia is very easy to get a hold of and responded to my questions quickly. The home buying process went smoothly, and I definitely recommend Julia and her team. If I need to buy or sell a home in the future, I will reach out to her again.

Julie Moran was amazing! Such a hard worker and really had our back during the sale of our house.

Wonderful to work with!

Julia is by far the best agent we’ve had the pleasure to work with. She very thorough and somehow always made herself available. Highly recommend.

All went well. Listing was easy and the advise was good. Julia did a good job for us.

I had worked with Julia on the purchase of our home. She was very responsive, created great marketing and helped us find a new place once our house sold in one day and over asking. She's a lovely person too.

Julia was great and her selling strategy paid off!

Julia was great! She helped walk us through the home selling process and kept in contact letting us know if anything came up. She let us know our home would be able to sell in a weekend and it did, $25k over ask! Thank you again for all of your help!
