Julia helped sell my former house as well as buying a new condo in Wilmington. Her enthusiasm, experience and work ethic made both transactions as pleasant as possible. No detail was overlooked which was a stress reliever. Her partnership with Philip Berger works beautifully. I would recommend Julia to anyone needing a real estate professional.

You were a big help in selling my condo! Staging played a big part! Clients should be lucky to have you as their agent! Nelson Davidson

Julia is the NICEST realtor you will ever meet, and she will go above and beyond to help you out. Knowing we were coming from out of state to look for a house, but also to get to know Delaware, she showed us all around, even taking the time to take us down to the beaches and introduce us to some of DE’s icons such as Wawa’s. When we had to return to Texas, she continued to help us out and handled everything regarding the purchase of our house remotely, including taking video, and arranging for lawn care, key delivery, and more. She continues thinking about us, keeping us apprised of valuations. We trust her so much we referred her to our other family members who are now Delaware residents as well!

Julia was incredible to work with and made what would’ve been a very stressful process a lot of fun. She doesn’t sugar-coat things and is very into details which lends to her resourcefulness and go-getter attitude. She’s very responsive and knowledgeable and will answer a laundry list of questions (I should know because I had a plethora of questions throughout the process). Not to mention she literally sold my house in a day :). I highly recommend her to all of my friends and family because she’s an outstanding agent and an incredible person to boot!

Julia helped us buy our current home and sell our old one. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and as this was our first time buying and selling, this was very important as she eased our minds with her expertise and answered all of our questions along the way. She was very professional and made the process simple and stress free. She was available at all times and was simply wonderful to work with! Our house sold in less than 24 hours being on the market!

Julia was a pleasure to work with. She sold our home with multiple offers on the first day we hit the market for well above asking. In our new home search, she made herself available to show properties anytime at a moments notice. In a market where homes were selling within 24 hours she always got us in the door at every house we showed interest in. It took us quite a while to find the right house for us she was with us for months and multiples offers and always left us feeling like we were her only focus. If you are looking for a dedicated and knowledable agent please consider Julia.

Julia was a JOY to work with! She goes above and beyond for her clients. We closed back in June of 2020 and still keep in contact with her, (8 months later) she’s been welcoming, informative, helpful and patient with us! We’re SO glad we were matched with her. She was very involved in the entire process, responds instantly at all times of the day. We’ve already said if we sell or buy again we will be going to her. She’s the sweetest lady who truly cares about her clients. Can’t say enough great things about her!
