I rarely if ever write reviews but I'm happy to write one for Judy. In 2025 the housing market for a first time home buyer is an uphill battle. Judy was extremely patient with me, answering all my questions, and working quickly when offers closed shortly after houses went up for sale. I would genuinely recommend her as a realtor to anyone. I know what a bad realtor looks like, I had one years before; Judy was a breath of fresh air compared to that experience. I realize this review probably sounds like I'm being overly positive, but honestly, really (!), Judy deserves the praise. This was not an easy process for me, it took a long time to find a good home in this market, but it was easier with her help.
Judy Langel made this very difficult situation very easy. She always said she wanted to do whatever she could to alleviate my stress, and she achieved that. She was more than a realtor, she became a friend in our process. I wish I had a more expensive house so she would have gotten a bigger commission because she really deserved a lot for all her work. She responded very quickly to calls and texts. She went well above and beyond in every situation!
Judy is spectacular. We were moving from out of state back up to Ohio. She was always willing to help us virtually. She offered plenty of email suggestions for homes fitting our criteria, and was always willing to tour a home for us and bring us along via FaceTime. She was helpful in pointing out features of homes we would have otherwise missed. Our favorite part was just how friendly and personable she is. It felt like we were home shopping/buying alongside a friend. We never felt pressured and were always given honest answers and expectations. She put in offers as quickly as we needed. The process went as smoothly as possible and our new dream home is now ours, all thanks to Judy and her team.
Judy was excellent the entire process. I was selling my Dad’s house as a guardian which was a new experience for me. Judy was always available for questions. Very responsive. Very professional. Very informative. When the house closed Judy sent an email with the phone numbers to the utility companies & instructions on what to do and when. I found having all that information in 1 place was super helpful. Thank you Judy!
