She went out of her way to make sure the ice and snow sere cleared for the buyers after we left.

Judy is extremely knowledgeable about property values and negotiations for sales. She also has a wonderful roster of inspectors, attorneys and trades people to help buyers through the purchase process. Highly recommend Judy to all prospective buyers.

We cannot recommend our realtor Judy James at William Pitt Sotheby's highly enough. She is a five star realtor who is also a wonderful human being.

We have worked with Judy James for years, for both rentals & house purchase. She is the BEST! Very thorough, and on top of it all!!!
