We are a military family who were living in Texas but trying to find a home in Milwaukee. Judy went above and beyond all hours of the day to ensure the problem of distance was not a problem at all. She worked tirelessly to set up virtual walkthroughs, scheduled lawn care, and took time to offer education on the home buying process to us as first time homebuyers. She continues to be a person we can rely on for all matters relating to homeownership. Judy is an invaluable talent to the community and her clients. We hope she does not retire before it is time for us to sell.

Judy did a good job with helping us sell our house. She was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. It was a good experience!

There is no one we’d rather have to handle our real estate transaction than Judy. She is the best!!!

I could not have asked for a better realtor to help me with my first home buying process/ experience. Judy was very accommodating and knowledgeable throughout my process guiding me along with information from loans to home inspections and updates on the homes we looked at. I was purchasing a home in another state and so there were a lot of things I was not privy to as far as home features and costs. She made sure to provide all that information and explained any questions I had in detail. Even though we were in different time zones, she was always available by phone or text as well as video call. I never felt overwhelmed throughout my whole experience. I appreciate the service and professionalism she provided and I’m hopeful if and when I decide to purchase another property that she can represent me again.

Such a pleasure to work with Judy. This is the second transaction that she has helped us will and we couldn’t be more please. Our highest recommendation.

We have worked with Judy when we bought our home in 2018 and now sold our home in 2024. She is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. She knows the market and does her research. She is incredibly responsive and never kept us waiting. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell.

Judy Erner was wonderful to work with. She has assisted my family with home purchases on a few occasions
