The listing was originally secured due to the wonderful introduction and relationship I enjoyed with Joanna Sternberg and Judy Browning, both very professional realtors.  Joanna's work ethic and effort during the listing thru closing was very well handled and your agency was well represented by her performance.  The interpersonal relations between myself and the ultimate buyers was excellent and professional.  I would recommend your agency over and over and felt that I had the best in the business.  Please express my thanks and appreciation to Joanna for all she did to rate an excellence rating.

The service provided by Judy Browning was exceptional. Judy is a class act in the real estate field. She did a great job selling our house. I would recommend her highly to anyone interested in selling their home. With people like Judy, Michael Saunders & Company will always be successful.

Judy Browning is a rare gem. She has been absolutely wonderful and has gone above and beyond in helping us make our dream a reality! We can't say enough about the way Judy has helped us through this entire process. She has been available to us any time of the day or night. She has been quick to respond to our questions, providing us with phone numbers for utilities, and inspections. She truly has spent a lot of time and effort with us and has provided exceptional customer service and beyond.

It was such a pleasure to work with Judy to sell my mom's condo. Judy is thoughtful, engaging, and was very sensitive to the fact that we were selling the condo because my mom had passed away. In addition, Judy's experience with the market allowed her to estimate the selling price almost to the dollar! She was generous with her time and spirit. She sold the condo very quickly, at the amount she had originally quoted, with very little hassle and pain. I would definitely work with Judy again and would recommend her to anyone.

My husband and I would like to acknowledge Judy Browning, she aided us in our relocation to Florida from Ohio. Judy provided us with exceptional service and went the extra mile to make our purchase pleasant and successful. Judy was truly dedicated to helping us find our new home. She was always professional, polite, conscientious and considerate of our wants and desires. We had complete trust in her and should the occasion arise in the future to either sell or buy a home, we would certainly ask her to represent us.

Judy Browning is not only knowledgeable and up to date but one of the kindest and most genuine people we know. She always made sure we had and did what was needed! We would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone looking for a property.

Just a note to let you know that Judy Browning goes way above and beyond in helping her clients.I have heard and seen it all over Garden Lakes.
