I have bought and sold many properties but I have never had a realtor who took such care to make sure that not only did the closing go off without a hitch, but found me contractors and inspectors who were equally as wonderful. Regards, Ellen

Hi Judy, I am writing to say thank you for the support and care that you gave us during our house search. We are so grateful for all of your knowledge of the Sarasota market. You listened to what we both wanted and found homes for us with a mix of what we both wanted you stayed with us through out some tough decisions. Your expertise in knowing all the right people for us, such as the attorney, the inspection person, the contractors & home watch service were so incredibly helpful. All of your time that you took to stay at the house during inspections and the information on all the outcome of the inspections, are also greatly appreciated. We knew that you were in the search with us and that you truly cared about us finding a home. Then when we did find the right place you have kept in touch to help us navigate some of the issues that do come up with home ownership. Since we were not familiar with Sarasota your help was so important to us. You made us feel welcome and cared for. I can't thank you enough, Judy, it was a wonderful experience. I am so glad that I met you and that you were our realtor. All the best to you and hope to see you soon. Sincerely, Beth McAllen and Mark Veca

Dear Judy, Thanks again for all your help. We learned a lot and had a great time!

We think of you often, you are the best Realtor we ever had!

I'm sure you hear this often, but I will say it again, you are the nicest agent I have ever worked with - and I am living in the ninth house I purchased in Florida, so I have dealt with a few!

Judy is a great Realtor. She listened to us and understood what both of us want, managing to find homes that could satisfy both of us - much of this done from across the country. She gave balanced advice all the time!

We had excellent service from Judy Beck. She was upbeat, energetic, encouraging and smiling all the way. We knew she was always on our side. We would recommend Judy to anyone who wants to buy or sell. She is top notch all the way!

It was a pleasure to deal with you as a friend and an agent. If I ever need an agent I'll be back to you for sure.

We have known Judy for three years and greatly appreciate her broad and deep knowledge of the Sarasota region real estate market. Judy is patient and worked tirelessly on our behalf to help us find the perfect home at a price we can afford. She is truly a wonderful Realtor to work with and we recommend her without qualification to any prospective buyer.

You were great, Ricky. I sometimes had a hard time keeping up with you but that's my tech-slow, baby boomer brain.
