In addition, their marketing plan and execution were absolutely top-notch. They didn't just throw the home on the MLS or do an open house, they were methodical about the strategy in getting massive exposure. They were always in communication with us throughout the transaction, so we were never in question about any of the escrow process. From listing to sale, they were professional and always looking out for our best interest. And, of course, we got top dollar and had multiple offers.

A friend recommended Judy Ballard to us and we were so grateful to have her as our agent. The real estate market has been particularly crazy since the pandemic, and Judy has guided us well every step of the way. She has been honest when she thought a listing was too high or the area was not one we would be happy to live in. Since we live in NYC and cannot easily view Florida apartments, she has gone to view listings and taken pictures of homes we were interested in to tell us if it was worth… flying down to see it. Her opinions have been extremely valuable and have saved us time ( and money!). Although she wanted to sell us an apartment, she equally wanted us to be happy with our purchase. In addition to always going above and beyond, Judy is a delightful person who is easy to work with, knowledgeable about Florida real estate and just fun to be with. I would highly recommend Judy to any buyer who is interested buying in the areas she represents.

Judy is so knowledgeable of  the condo market here in WPB.  The whole process of buying was simple and practically stress free, as anything we needed along the way Judy was always there to help.  I have worked with many Realtors but have never had more confidence and trust as we did with Judy. I highly recommend for all of your Real Estate needs.

Judy kept in touch with us as she promised and delivered exceptional marketing.  We were extremely happy we chose her to market our home and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional Realtor.

I just love her! Judy knew exactly what we were looking for and whenever a listing came on the market, she quickly set up a time for us to view it.  She was very professional and had excellent negotiation skills!  She helped us to find our perfect condo. Judy is the BEST in town ! I highly recommend her to all. -
