We've been fortunate enough to work with Judi on four homes over five years and have always been met with professional, friendly, efficient and extremely knowledgeable service.
Judi in our experience excels in Tega Cay, Fort Mill and Rock Hill.
Happy home hunting!
Judi Phillips went above and beyond helping my fiancée and I find our dream home. Judi was always available when we needed her to help us quickly schedule showings, which was especially important in this current market. When the offer was accepted on our home, Judi consistently communicated to ensure we met our due diligence date and had everything in place for closing. This was SO important as we closed in NC and around the Holidays as well. Judi truly cares about her clients and it tells, she is amazing to work with!
Judi was so professional and returned every email and call promptly. She was so knowledgeable on every aspect of listing our house to the finalization of closing. We thank her for her kindness and support during the whole process.
This is the 7th home I have purchased in my lifetime and none of my past experiences have even come close with the last one I had with Judi Phillips. Judi was very responsive. To me that is so important. She also informed me about everything in Fort Mill and surrounding areas since I was from out of state I leaned on her for many recommendations and she never steered me wrong. She was very professional, yet fun to talk to and be around. I can not say enough great things about her. She made my move a pleasure instead of a nightmare. I would Highly recommend Premier South Real Estate and especially Judi Phillips as the Agent. Sincerely, Suzanne Hray
Judi Phillips is the best! She helped our family find our perfect home and was was great to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the area & different neighborhoods, is super sharp and detail oriented, thorough and professional, all while really listening and giving us great advice. I am so absolutely grateful that we were referred to her. She made things easy and as stress free as possible...which is saying a lot since it’s probably the largest purchase of your life! I can’t recommend her enough. If you want the best, give Judi a call!
Judi Phillips has been the most knowledgeable and hardest working realtor, we've ever had the pleasure of working with. Making sure to go above and beyond to protect you as either the buyer or seller. She has helped us navigate the stressful home selling and buying process! We recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Town of Fort Mill, Clover, South Carolina and South Charlotte, Charlotte area!
Judi Phillips is, by far, the most helpful and effective realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with! We chose to work with Judi for both selling and purchasing homes over the years and we could not be happier with the results. She is so personable and attentive to detail and knows what to look for when helping find a new home. She really listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!
