Juan is the full package. He knows the property and gets to know the unit very well before showing. He keeps in touch while the listing is active and not only negotiates in our best interest, but in the interest of the renter. This is the second time Juan has rented our unit with a good deal with a very comfortable turnaround. I highly recommend him.

First off Juan is very professional but at the same he has a heart of gold and will go above and beyond for his clients like he did for us. Juan removed any worry, fear we had about selling. We trusted him whole heartedly and knew he’d get us the best sale out there and he did. Juan is a great human, realtor and now we call him our friend. Hard to put it all in this review how great of an experience we had the second time around with Juan who we only met a little over a year ago. He has helped us purchase and now sell our home and we will certainly be using him for our next step whatever that may be.

Juan is excellent! Very professional, experienced, helpful and reliable through the whole process. He is very knowledgeable, extremely honest (someone you can trust), upfront, communicative and easy to reach to answer any questions at all times. Juan provides an outstanding service going the extra mile to help you.Highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing real estate advisor!

Juan was referred to us by a trusted friend. The first time we met Juan, my husband and I were impressed.  He gave us suggestions on how to approach the sale of the home we had lived in for over 20 years.  We didn't list our home right away, because we were searching for a house on the west coast of the state.  Once we found a house, made an offer, and it passed inspection, Juan suggested we consider listing ours.  He arranged for a photographer to take pictures, but not before he went through our house and told us what to remove to get the biggest bang for our buck.  The pictures came out awesome!  Our house showed like a dream and was listed shortly thereafter.  We had talked about listing the house at a certain price, but Juan believed that the market would support a higher price.  Not only did the market support the list price, but we received a cash offer way over asking the day after the realtor open house was held.  Juan worked well with the agent for the buyers, and the closing was held less than a month after the offer was made.  In all of our dealings with Juan, he was responsive and straight-forward.  It's clear that Juan knows real estate - how to market it and how to get it sold.  My husband and I can't recommend Juan highly enough.  He'll get the deal done.

Juan was helpful throughout the process and gave me confidence and guidance. Finding an affordable home in Florida was strict, and Juan tirelessly searched for a property that fit our requirements. I would highly recommend him.

Juan is fantastic, professional and totally delivered ...a great sale for us-a record price in our community.. he's the nicest person imaginable, incredibly helpful, and guided us through the process beautifully. I'm so, so glad I trusted Juan with selling my home. He is a true professional.
