We had been searching for the perfect house for what seemed like forever when we met Joyce while looking at one of her listings. We were immediately struck by Joyce's kind nature, patience, and in-depth understanding of the local real estate market. We had been plugging along assuming that we would never be satisfied with an existing home, but that we would make small changes to a property to make it our own. Joyce took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and immediately recognized that we had been looking at the wrong types of properties. Our two-year search ended immediately when Joyce showed us a well-priced property with incredible potential. Joyce negotiated a wonderful deal, we did some construction and we are now settled in our dream home. We really cannot thank Joyce enough for all of her great advice and support. We have recommended her to friends, family, clients and colleagues. Joyce is not only a knowledgeable professional, but also a wonderful person who is a joy to work with.
