Joy Cook is absolutely wonderful to work with. She’s knowledgeable and attentive. Truly a gifted realtor. She is in tune with both the art and the science of real estate.
This land purchase has been very challenging dealing with the seller, the surveyor selected by the seller, and even the title company the seller chose. Joy Cook has been the best support we could have ever asked for. She spent countless hours with emails, phone calls, and even accompanied us when we met the seller onsite to work through some discrepancies. Her being there onsite and advising us was crucial and so appreciated. Thank You Joy for EVERYTHING!
