Making the decision to downsize and move closer to family after I retired was a lengthy (2 year!) process. Josiah was there to play the role of real estate agent, counselor and life coach all rolled into one! He allowed me to take the time to decide what I really wanted to do without pressure but listened to my wishes, helping me to arrive at the correct choice. Josiah helped me negotiate a fair price and helped facilitate the inspection and other details as I was moving from out-of-state. He kept me up to date on the progress and offered suggestions along the way. When I finally made my decision he made the process as stress free as possible. I now live 5 minutes from my grandchildren on the South Hill in a home that fits all my needs now and as I age in place. Thanks Josiah.

We used Josiah during the summer of 2022 to help us in selling our home in the Lidgerwood area of Spokane. He was very professional and he got our house sold very quickly at a price much higher than I was expecting.Prior to selling the house he helped us find some land in order to build our dream home.He was great at coordinating the timing of moving into the newly constructed house and getting our old house sold.I'm not sure it would have went as smoothly without his professional advice and help with all the paperwork.

Josiah has been monumental in helping our family navigate our homeownership adventures in the Spokane and Mead areas. His expertise, communication, and deep knowledge of the local market made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He truly takes the time to understand what you need and is an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. We couldn't recommend him more highly!

Josiah is amazing! He really listened to what we wanted and was willing to spend extra time on tours. The home buying process can be stressful and terrifying, but Josiah really cares about his clients and making sure they are happy and comfortable with the choices they are making.10 out of 10 would recommend working with him!!!

I recently worked with Josiah on a home purchase and home sale. He patiently showed us homes off and on for several years and when we finally found the right house, he sprang into action and helped us get the house in a very competitive market. I've always known Josiah to be extremely professional and knowledgeable, but the attribute that I most appreciate is his responsiveness. He fully understands that buying or selling a home is a HUGE thing in the lives of his clients, and treats each transaction with the appropriate level of care. He exceeded my expectations regarding service as well. I tend to be a person that asks a lot of questions and needs detailed answers. He gladly reached out to multiple parties, researched property history, and patiently explained everything at the level of detail I needed. We have and will continue to recommend Josiah to friends, family, and anyone else seeking an experienced local realtor.

Reconnecting with Josiah after many years—having known each other back in our school days—was an absolute pleasure. True to form, the intelligent, kind, and honest person I knew as a kid has grown into an exceptional realtor. Josiah was exceptionally knowledgeable, responsive, and always easy to get ahold of throughout the entire process. Thanks to his hard work, he helped us find our absolute dream place on the water. I couldn't recommend him more highly!

Josiah helped me though the process of buying my first house in 2010 and through the process of selling our first house 10 years later. He's also helped several of my friends and family members with buying and selling over the years, and I can honestly say that they were as impressed as I was with his expertise and customer service. Josiah brings a level of accountability and professionalism that is rare these days. He's earned my trust and respect.

Working with Josiah was as good as it gets! Such a great, pragmatic, and professional experience - especially with us being one of the most high maintenance clients being out of state, first time home buyers, and clueless to the process. He seamlessly assisted us long distance - doing video tours, phone calls, texts, and emails from all hours of the day and always making us feel like his first priority. Josiah has a meticulous and honest eye during walk throughs and paperwork reviews and never withheld any details for the sake of the sale. He ensured we had all the information through each step, provided us his expert opinion through negotiations, and made the closing process a breeze. He came highly recommended to us and we are ecstatic to have the opportunity to highly recommend him to you!

UPDATE: I absolutely love the fact that Josiah sometimes calls to see how we’re doing and where we’re at with our house. While we plan to be in this house until we literally can’t take care of ourselves anymore, we get mail from Josiah about maintenance and cleaning for home ownership. While I rarely ever follow through with all the things, we do get nuggets of garage door maintenance, or random nuggets that he shares. At one point I remember finding a Spotify playlist for cleaning that he shared. Josiah is more than a realtor. Don’t wait until you’re close to wanting to sell or move… Just get in touch with him.2017: I was connected with Josiah when he helped my parents sell their house. Knowing that we weren't going to sell our house for several months, Josiah was more than happy to help us by giving us a list of how we could improve/update our house so that chances increase with the house selling quickly. We followed his suggestions and when we were ready, the house had an offer on it by the end of the weekend! BOOM! Then it was the matter of finding a house. Josiah was very professional and knowledgeable about the process and letting me know when would be a good time to start looking on the market. There was one house we fell in love with on zillow the first day on the market, Josiah was able to figure out a way for us to see the house that day! We found the house we love with great confidence! Josiah was there for every step of the way! His recommendations for an inspector, and other home contractors were great! After we moved in, the family before us forgot a box that was pretty meaningful, we contacted Josiah and he was able to get hen box back to the previous homeowners. Straight up hardworking, good man with great professional presence. ALWAYS calls or texts back quickly. I can't recommend him enough! Very honest, very frank, VERY helpful! He is a bulldog when he wants to get things in gear. The people buying our house were not approved, it was audited, it was a nightmare but nothing we could do on our end. Josiah was with us every step of the way and while he was frustrated because it was out of our hands and taking forever, he was still advocating for us and trying to get the process moving, which ended up working out in the end. I will always recommend Josiah Boone.

Josiah has helped me sell and buy. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and works for you to get the best home! When selling he goes for the best dollar for you and when purchasing he goes for the best offer in - all while trying to save you money and any extra cost. He has been my realtor for over 10 years (lots of life changes for me!) and has even helped my kids try to find a home. Josiah is one of Spokane County’s BEST!! (He also does Idaho!)
