Josh is great! My buying experience with him was wonderful. He has a great deal of knowledge about houses in general; he knows what to look for in terms of defect but also what the pricing ought to be. He seemed to really care that I got the perfect home for me, and that I could afford it. Whenever I wanted to see a house, he always accommodated me within a couple of hours. He returns texts immediately. But his greatest value to me was his smoothing the way during the process of closing. First, he is a great negotiator re: home inspections findings and appraisals. Then he stays on the lender to make sure closing happens as quickly as possible. Should I decide to sell, or any of my friends decide to, I will definitely recommend Josh to them.

He was thorough and efficient in every step of the process from helping determine a price to ask, obtaining photos, placing on coming soon status then moving to active showing. When offers were placed after only one day of showing, he presented those to me and explained the considerations. He then followed through from my acceptance of an offer until the final settlement in a very short time. He was always prompt, honest, and thoughtful. I would recommend his services to anyone desiring to sell a home.
