Josh was great for us. As first time homebuyers he guided us through the process and never made us feel pressured at anytime through out our journey. He answered any questions we had very quickly.

Josh , Jackie and the rest of the team made it very easy through this buying and selling process. Jackie was always helpful and accommodating to my needs, I have used her a couple of times now and she is the best.

Josh has been amazing to work with. He is professional and always responds in a timely manner. He has worked hard for my group to sell our properties. I highly recommend!

Josh and the Graham Group were amazing to work with on selling our home. We went into the process knowing we were selling a higher end home that we would likely need to invest in to get it market ready. Josh provided outstanding guidance on where we would get the best return on our time and financial investments. The end product was an accepted offer in under 24hrs at a price point we were thrilled with! The team continued to be a fantastic resource through the inspection and closing process, promptly answering any questions we had and ensuring a smooth transition! I highly recommend Josh and the Graham Group for anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Josh did awesome! He makes the smooth! I appreciate all your hard work! Thank you!

We listed and sold our house with the big help of Josh Graham and we had a very pleasant experience working with him. We do not live in Illinois so we were really nervous about this situation. To be honest, he was very dependable from the very beginning, proactive, professional and honest, we communicated with him all the time by messages, emails, phone calls and he was very responsive and reliable which gave us total peace of mind. He is very knowledgeable and will advise wisely and we couldn’t have asked for, really easy to work with. I found him researching on Zillow for the Realtors that sold more houses recently in our neighborhood in the least time, he also got those houses sold for more than they listed for.

I am very happy with Josh Graham & Graham Group! I had excellent customer service in selling my home every step of the way. Thank you Josh Graham!
