Unlike many real estate agents who just talk a good game and just refer you to several contacts, Joe Dougherty was a hands-on agent who actually helped us get rid of some heavy trash in the basement, contacted the concrete specialists personally for the sidewalks and chimney pointing, and contacted a heavy metal collector to get rid of that heavy trash from the basement. We had a same day settlement on the selling of our old property and the buying of our new property. This went very smoothly and was completed like clockwork because of Joe's attentiveness of keeping everybody associated with the settlements in the loop.
Joe Dougherty was our agent. He met with us and laid out the initial process for the sale of our house. Joe handled the showings and finally the sale of our property very professionally. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. We were very happy with Joe as our realtor and appreciated his knowledge and attention to detail. We will definitely use Joe again.
