Jonathan McClenny did it all. He helped us get the house prepared and staged, handled all the details, and got us three offers in the first five days. House sold fast at the asking price. We are happy. Buyers are happy. Life is good.

Johnathan was great to work with. He communicated well and often and made sure the process went as smooth as possible. I highly recommend him.

Jonathan is a wonderful agent - he does all the things right, cares about his clients and he helped with his experience and advice to find the best house at a great price! I am very happy and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell home. Such a great experience!

Jonathan was a tremendous assistance in selling my residence. He was patient with me, continually professional, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Jonathan was recommended by close friends as he'd worked with them for two previous properties. We are very grateful for that recommendation because Jonathan is a fantastic realtor. He assisted with the prep and marketing of home in East Marietta as part of an inheritance estate. His advice was forward looking and thorough, and he responded quickly to our questions or procedural needs. In particular he was instrumental in helping to set the price at just the right spot in the Marietta housing market when we needed to sell. No surprise we got more than the listing price but had to balance the condition of the home in the final negotiation with his advice. Finally, we navigated the closing with the seller and lender without a hitch. If we could give Jonathan 6 stars we would. Highly recommend him for your real estate needs, plus he's just a great guy to boot. Bill and Chris Johnson.

Working with Jonathan from the first minute to the last was wonderful. He made each step in the transfer as easy as possible, always there for my calls and inquiries. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone. Thanks you for making my home sale an enjoyable process!!
