This is now my second time using Jon in real estate, both with separate and completely different aspects in the business. Jon was a text, call, or a coffee meet up away. Jon is a hungry agent who puts his clients first, the amount of research that he did saved or behinds, providing information that wouldn't have been provided without extensive probbing. Where other agents may pass you on to their assistants or a JR agents, Jon seen us through till the end. When dealing with the sellers agent who was extremely unprofessional and who clearly wasn't looking out for his own clients best interest, Jon remained cool, assertive, and professional and succeeded getting us the deal we were looking for.
Jon was on top of everything for us, driving across the city at any given time to get our papers signed, meeting us at work to make it easier. Jon, was great at advertising our home from all social media angles to posters at coffee shops, I was finding my own house more appealing again with his angles of photography. Jon gave us a very new approach to selling a house. We heard a lot of different horror stories how friends listed with their agents and never seen them again and ended up just settling for what they had because there was no interest, but when we told them of our experience with Jon and the task he had with our neighbourhood people we know questioned their experiences. Jon was there for us the whole way through, I'm sure most agents would have casted us aside but he was always there to answer our calls and texts. Much respect for this guy.
Jon's knowledge of Saskatoon and the areas we were looking at was very helpful. Not being from Saskatoon this was very important to us. We appreciated all the effort he put into finding property for us to look at.

The house we found was unlisted and the builder was offering to sell it cheaper if we did not use an agent. We are super happy we chose to use Jon. He saved us more than the builder was offering to discount by making them realize the market value of the property. Everyone he recommended to us was extremely helpful as well. Couldn't be happier!
