I found Jolene very personable, allowing some personality to show through while still maintaining a professional attitude. Our house sold very quickly, so it was priced properly for that. When you get quick offers and a quick sale, you always wonder if you should have priced higher, but looking at the comparables, I think it was priced appropriately as per her recommendation. I'm sure everyone would much rather have a quick sale, rather than sitting on market for months and then cutting your ask. So in a nutshell, happy with the price point and have absolutely nothing bad to say about any aspect of how she handled our sale. Will be using again for future transactions and recommend to friends without hesitation.
