When I started searching for my first home in August 2022, selecting John as my realtor was a no-brainer. He helped my parents sell their home, find and buy a new one, and sell my grandmother's home, making me the third generation to have his support as a realtor.
My search lasted for over a year, and we saw dozens upon dozens of homes, but John was a helpful and patient guide throughout the entire process. He set up showings quickly every week, suggested areas and homes to see, and helped me navigate the constantly changing housing market. I made many offers along the way, and John always provided recommendations to ensure my offers were competitive and strongly considered. In the end, I found the perfect home and could not have done it without his support!
