From the initial consult, through to closing and receiving proceeds, John provided advice and experience that helped us exceed our anticipated sale price and proceeds from the sale of our home. We threw a monkey wrench into the plan by going under contract on a new home much sooner than expected. As a result, we wanted to accelerate our plan to sell by 2 months. John guided us with care and thorough communication to an accepted offer over asking price within 24 hours of listing. He is a caring professional who gives very accurate advise / counsel to help you meet your goals. In the end, this real estate transaction is the largest financial deal in our lives. We are glad we trusted John. In the end, his advice was perfect, but perhaps even more importantly, we feel well cared for through this whole process.
I will definitely recommend John for anyone that is trying to buy a home .his very knowledgeable and was very helpful guiding me through the process of finding the right home.
My wife and I were so happy with John as our real estate agent. He guided us through every stage of the process in both selling our condo and purchasing our new home. Our dream house became a reality, in large part to John's knowledge and assistance in the selling and buying process. We have the highest regard for John and offer our strongest recommendation.
I am a novice when it comes to the real estate market, but John was so valuable in helping me sell one property and purchase another. From setting an open house to navigating interest rates to closing the deal, John was highly professional, answered all my questions, and steered me through the entire process. I offer my highest recommendation of John - he is simply the best!
John was excellent in both helping us sell our condo and navigating the path for a mortgage for our new home. He is an excellent communicator, and provided good advice at every step in the process. I highly recommend John - knowledgeable, conscientious, and always on target with his recommendations. He is the best!
