I appreciated John's professionalism and his knowledge of the real estate market. Also, his follow through of my questions and concerns were important.

John was very helpful in all aspects of our sale. He offered help in finding services for preparation of the sale and getting rid of furniture. His estimate of the value was right on. It couldn't have gone any smoother.

Simply put, John Janovy is an outstanding person and realtor. His expertise in real estate, knowledge of the area, and his willingness to work his clients is second to none. John has a wonderful personality and solid work ethic, always trustworthy, courteous and helpful, and routinely performs above and beyond expectations. He sold our property quickly and efficiently, and without any issues during the entire process, I would strongly recommend choosing John Janovy as your realtor.
