It was a real pleasure to work with John Felty on the purchase of our property. He is very knowledgeable of the area, responsive, works with a sense of urgency, and very authentic / genuine. I would recommend him without reservation.
Joh Felty was an excellent real estate broker. He is very professional, and extremely knowledgeable of the Brevard area and with people to contact. John did a tremendous job in negotiating on numerous things on our behalf. We would use John again and highly recommend him.
John Felty did a great job selling my property. He knew the market, he knew where to go locally to take care of needed repairs, and he was always available for questions. He made the transaction as easy as possible for me. John was a pleasure to work with and his calm personality was a huge asset in negotiating our way to a finished contract without too much angst.
