I met Joelle in March while I was browsing homes on Zillow with her help I purchased a new over half a million dollar house in May and then she also helped me sold my old house in Lexington where sales are not as hot as it is in Greensboro. I got an excellent deal on my new house where the purchase price was 40k below the listing price and my old house went under contract within 12 hours of the house being listed in the market. So you tell me how good she is! Joelle is very patient very professional and she plans for everything ahead of time and has the ability to foresee things that might come and always have a solution for it. Working with her is easy and comfortable. (p.s. she always wears a mask while being around me which is great!)
