Joel has been exceptional in this recent transaction, I have had Joel manage the sales and purchases of all my homes and my children's homes for more than 30 years. This transaction was by far the most difficult one he has ever had to deal with. The property I was selling was the most expensive home sold in the history of Fountain Valley and we also had buyers who failed to close and we had to cancel the agreement. We had a second buyer who also failed to comply with the timing, failed to communicate and required a significant filings of demand notices to get the buyers to comply. Hiring Joel was the best thing i did to sell my mothers home. He had said to me that he works for his clients, and that is no lie! He has a group of great contacts and people who can get homes cleaned, painted, repaired and emptied out if need be. You could tell right away that Joel was a real pro, and we were lucky to have him. He held our hand throughout the entire process, and provided dearly needed advice and suggestions along the way that made the homebuying experience dare I say, enjoyable?!
