My husband and I were looking to buy a larger home in the Wallingford, Pennsylvania area. We found Joe online and met with him. Joe was extremely knowledgeable about the Delaware county area as well as the real estate transaction process. He answered all of our questions promptly and with great thought and detail. Joe was very helpful in the negotiation process as well. It was a real pleasure working with Joe. We highly recommend him.

Joe made our first time homebuying a breeze. Even down to closing, everything just seemed so smooth. No matter the day or time if we wanted a viewing Joe made sure it happened. He was very diligent in getting our offers out there and kept great communication. We are very thankful we came across Joe.

Joe is amazing! He knew the area I was looking in extremely well, and carefully listened to my needs and wishes to help me find my perfect first home. He confidently stepped in and negotiated through a last minute issue with competency and care. I feel incredibly lucky that I was able to work with him during this entire process.
