When my son and I needed a home, but had more than a few constraints, Joe was there for us. He kept my son's special needs in mind. It took over a year of searching to find the right place because Joe never pressured me to settle for less than the right fit. He was patient with me, he was kind to my family, and worked diligently, even when my landlord pressured me to sign a new lease during our search. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Mary was very professional, courteous and kind, responding to all my questions and needs without a condescending “I am the professional” attitude. It made the gauntlet of purchasing a house pleasant as we transitioned through the maze of negotiations and paperwork.
All aspects of our relationship was very comfortable and congenial. A great amount of time and effort was put forth by Mary and Joe to create a successful outcome.
