Joe was so wonderful to work with to find our first home! We never felt pressured to make any decisions on a house, he was very upfront with what he felt we should know, and he was always quick to answer any of our questions. Joe went out of his way consistently to make sure all questions were answered and we had the most clear idea of any houses we were interested in as well as offering to do virtual tours as we were from out of the area! I could not recommend Joe enough!!

The first time we met Joe he was kind and professional. During every walk through he would thoroughly examine the house and educate us on how old appliances were, what his concerns were and what things were done really well. If we had a question and he didn’t have the answer within hours he would get back to us with an answer. Another great thing about Joe is that he listens. At one showing he could tell I was disappointed and he asked me what could he do better to find us the right home. That meant a lot to me because he genuinely cared and wanted to make sure he found us the perfect home for our family. And that’s exactly what he did. The moment I walked into the perfect house I told Joe “go buy me my house” and he did! Throughout the entire process Joe’s effective communication, knowledge of the market, and good listen skills has made this entire experience so enjoyable. I will definitely be referring him to all of mg family and friends!

My fiancé and I absolutely loved working with Joe. We started our search in early fall of 2019, and we initially thought of ourselves as easygoing clients ... we quickly realized we were wrong and that Joe would not have a simple task to find us a home that met all of our parameters within our budget. Joe must have shown us 50+ homes, and he was our advocate on two different offers that fell through due to fairly serious inspection issues. After showing a handful of homes on December 31 (even though he wasn't feeling well), we decided that finding our dream home in 2019 wasn't meant to be ... EXCEPT we couldn't stop thinking about a house Joe had shown us two months earlier and that we'd initially rejected. We drove by, saw it was still on the market, called Joe and said, "... do you think you could get us one more showing on this house yet today?" As soon as we walked back in, we knew that this was it--it was our home. I wish I could say it was easy sailing from there, but there are almost always some kind of rough waters when you buy a home. Luckily, with Joe navigating the process for us, it ultimately all went through, and we could not be happier. We think of this as our home for the rest of our lives, and we have Joe to thank for being our partner in our forever home search!

Joe was wonderful! As first time homebuyers, he made sure that we knew everything about every house we walked into. During this process he was so patient with us and we truly felt like he cared about us getting into the right house. We enjoyed working with Joe. He was very prompt with setting up showings and was quick to help us when needed. Our daughters told me the best part of working with him was the chocolate he gifted us when we closed!

As Joe's first official client, I would have to say I broke him in quite well! I had a tight location in a high demand school district and price range, and during a seller's market. House's were few and selling within a week of listing date. Joe went way beyond my expectations to provide immediate notifications, and meeting with me at any hour to see houses the moment they were available!! Joe's efforts lead to me getting a house better than I thought possible, for the price I could afford. He was honest and understood my limitations without trying to push me into a situation that I might not be able to handle. He also made my daughters very comfortable around him and was patient while showing homes with two excited girls (11 & 13) looking at the home with us:) Thanks Joe!
