Over the span of a few home ownerships, we have worked with four different realtors. We also have realtors in our family, so we’ve been privy to experience and observe the differences between average and stellar realtors.
 
We were referred to Joe when we were looking to buy a home in the Wilmington area. We were out of state and came into town for only two days to look. Joe was highly effective in his research of potential properties and took time to see them all first hand before we arrived.
 
What stood out was, Joe treated us like family. He said he wouldn’t put us in a home he wouldn’t put his own daughter. He found us the best home for our needs in the best area for our budget. In fact, he showed us our home the FIRST DAY! IF it had not been for the need to relocate for work, we would still be in that same home today.
 
But, when it did arise that we would relocate to the Raleigh area, Joe was there for us. Even when we had to move before we had any offers, Joe was there. He handled many things that were above and beyond what the average realtor will do for their clients. He has always been open about what was going on in our market, what we should expect and how best to prepare for it. He would listen to our thoughts and concerns and give us consistent and knowledgeable counsel. That says stellar to us.
 
Joe has been a great blessing to us.
