Joe was phenomenal! He found me the perfect house!

Joe is a complete professional. This is the second property he has listed and sold for us. Trust is the most important quality when dealing with such a large asset. I am so grateful Joe guided us through this process. When I need further assistance I will always consult Joe. Thank You , Eileen Kursel

Joe was highly recommended to me by a good friend. Joe is outstanding, patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable, responsive, personable, expert at developing selling/marketing strategies, excellent knowledge of the local Market. Joe met with me over two months before I listed the property, gave me excellent feedback as to what improvements I needed to make and not make to the house. He followed up on a regular basis and worked with me as a partner. I agreed to pay top commission to him with hesitance because he told me he was worth it and boy was he ever! I would highly recommend him.

Great job!!!! Joe!

Joe was absolutely fantastic! He met us at anytime that worked for us as well as anyway. He also saved us a from paying more out pocket at close, which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone. He is very knowledgeable and insightful.

Joe was great to work with. Everything about the sale was smooth and easy.

Joe has helped me buy two houses and now sell one as well. Loved working with Joe. Extremely personable and approachable with any and all questions we had with the buying and selling process. Would recommend him to anyone looking to sell/buy.
