Here again, Jodi has made the selling process easy and smooth. She provided input for improvements and staging to make prior to listing the home for sale. As you can tell, Jodi has been here for us through the long haul. She’s always been willing to answer questions and take us through yet another house. Listing our property during rising interest rates was concerning. Jodi did her homework to understand the market value for similar homes. She made recommendations for improvements that would help the sale. We made all of these improvements. We listed on a Sunday and accepted an over list price offer the following day. She stayed on top of every detail and communicated until closing the sale. Excellent experience.
