JoAnne Poole always delivers!

Joanne was great she was always ready to help and had the answers we needed. She went out of her way to see that what was needed to be done was completed on time. Her knowledge of how to sell a house showed in everything she did. No matter when we would contact her for information or questions she answered or called back very quickly. She was very professional yet you felt like a friend was working with you on selling our home. Joanne is a very professional and knowledgeable realtor but also a very honest, hardworking person with her clients interests always the most important. We truly feel that she is the best realtor we could have found and only interested is seeing we got the best deal possible. We also feel we made a friend along the way she was that caring.

I interviewed a lot of real estate professionals before choosing Joanne Poole. After our initial phone conference, I knew she was the one. She focused in on our priorities and asked us good follow-up questions. She's top notch - responsive, sincere, and thorough. Her years of experience in Baltimore really showed; she has sooooo much knowledge. She was always prepared and arrived early for every showing, inspection and follow-up appointment. Joanne helped make our move from out of state a success.
